Allen Bonde, partner and principal analyst, was quoted in a Daily Telegraph feature on Small Data. Allen is an expert in this area, currently writing a whitepaper on Small Data, as well as running a blog entitled www.smalldatagroup.com
“When I talk about small data, it’s less an alternative [to big data] and more the last mile of big data. I think big data is good, and there is value in having big data sets and being able to sort them…But small data can work on a lesser scale. A good infographic, or possibly even a news story, could count as small data.”
