Help us Improve with the 2016 Analyst Value Survey

Take the SurveyDigital Clarity Group is in the business of answering questions about digital strategy, planning, technology selection, and service provider partnerships. Our clients leverage the information we provide to make big decisions about the people, process, and technology that support customer experience management, digital transformation, eCommerce, and business process management.  

We have questions, too, about our own business. Questions about the research, services, and insights we deliver to our clients and the industry in general. Does our research and analysis provide actionable guidance? Do our service offerings address your most pressing pain points? Are we enabling independent, informed decision making? Will you recommend us to your peers, based on performance and value delivered? We ask for input whenever we can, whether wrapping up a client engagement or getting feedback on an evaluation form when one of us speaks at a conference.

Your input helps us improve

Once a year, we also get valuable input from the larger audience of buy- and sell-side professionals who consume analyst research and services as part of their everyday work. This comes by way of the annual Analyst Value Survey, conducted by Kea Company. The 2016 survey is now available, and we’re asking for your participation. Digital Clarity Group is one of more than 75 firms rated, and we’d genuinely appreciate it if you’d be willing to share your experiences with us.
