Catch us at the Now What? Conference

There are only a couple of weeks until the first-ever Now What? Conference on April 18th, 2013 in Sioux Falls, SD, NS. The aptly-named conference is a one-day event designed to help anyone who works with a website post-launch to answer the question, “How do we keep our website useful and relevant?”. DCG Principal Analyst Cathy McKnight will be there giving a presentation entitled “You Have A Website, Now Forget It!”, during which she will be emphasizing the need for customer-centricity and a de-channeled customer engagement service. Here’s a quick synopsis of her talk:

You don’t need a web site – you need customer-centricity. You don’t need a web site – you need a dechanneled customer engagement service. Your customers don’t need your web site – they need a company that can respond to their needs via any touch point whenever and however they prefer. There! Now that you’ve stopped thinking about your web site, you’re in a position to make the website what it should be – a constitutive and integrated part of your customer-centric ethos.

The conference includes an amazing line-up of speakers, including greats such as Lisa Welchman, Seth Gottlieb and Deane Barker. Read more about the conference and register here. Hope to see you there!
